Reliable, automated pallet delivery across the UK and European Union

At PalletClearance.app, we have designed a seamless and fully automated delivery system focused exclusively on palletised goods. Our platform is built for serious B2B wholesale clearance transactions, ensuring efficiency, transparency and reliability from listing to final delivery.

How Our Delivery System Works

Suppliers can list products from multiple locations. Our system allows you to define several loading addresses (warehouses or partner premises) depending on your subscription level. This means you can sell stock held in different partner warehouses without physically moving the goods yourself.

All listings are quoted on an **EXW (Ex Works)** basis. Buyers see the net product price (quoted **ex-VAT**) on the website. At checkout, the system automatically calculates and adds:

  • The correct VAT rate according to the buyer’s country and business status
  • Accurate delivery costs based on pallet quantity, weight and destination

We only deliver **complete pallets**. Regardless of the supplier’s minimum order quantity shown on the listing, every order is fulfilled and delivered as full pallets through the pallet network. We do not deliver parcels, individual boxes or small consignments, and we do not allow the listing of items that are too small to be shipped economically by pallet.

Delivery via the BidTrans Pallet Network

All deliveries are handled exclusively through the **BidTrans Pallet Network** — one of the most efficient and reliable pallet freight networks in Europe. This integration provides real-time pricing, professional handling and CMR-insured transport for every shipment.

Important: Personal collection from supplier warehouses is not permitted. All orders must be delivered via the BidTrans network to maintain quality control, insurance coverage and consistent service levels.

Payment & Booking Process

To ensure smooth operations and protect all parties:

  • Full payment is required upfront before any transport is booked.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we automatically generate the transport order and book the vehicle with BidTrans.
  • Buyers receive tracking details and estimated delivery dates as soon as the collection is scheduled.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to **any location** across the United Kingdom and the entire European Union. Our network covers both mainland Europe and remote regions with competitive rates and reliable transit times.
