Grades Explained

Product Grading Explained
Understanding the different classes of clearance and returned stock

Below you will find all the grading categories used for liquidated and returned pallet stock on PalletClearance.app.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Purchasing palletised goods from liquidation or customer returns carries significant financial risk. Products are sold “as is” with no quality or quantity guarantee. No returns, refunds, or complaints are accepted after purchase, regardless of the grade.

Grade A – Like New with Minor Aesthetic Defects

Grade A items are customer returns classified according to the reason given by the retail customer or the visual condition of the product (often unopened packaging). These products have been inspected by the supplier.

However, you may still receive items with cosmetic damage to the packaging or goods that have been affected during the original delivery process.

Grade B – Functional or Partially Functional – May Require Refurbishment

Grade B products are returned due to minor defects. Some items can be repaired or refurbished, while others may only be suitable for spare parts. Electrical and electronic items in this category are often sold for parts or scrap only.

Grade C – Requires Repair, Non-Functional – For Parts or Recycling Only

Grade C items have major defects, missing components, or significant damage. These products are typically suitable only for extracting working parts or for recycling.

Grade N – Mixed Untested / Unclassified Stock

Grade N consists of untested and unclassified products where the condition cannot be determined or has not been specified by the supplier. The risk of financial loss on Grade N pallets is **very high**.

Risk Warning – Please Read Carefully

⚠️ Important: It is possible to lose some or all of your money when purchasing liquidated pallet stock, regardless of the grade. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or complaints will be accepted.

We strongly recommend that only experienced traders and businesses familiar with the clearance industry purchase these pallets. Always start with small orders until you are confident in the quality and resale potential of the stock from each supplier.

For any questions regarding grading or specific listings, please contact the supplier directly through the platform.
